Yin Yoga was developed in the late 1970's by Martial Arts expert and Yoga Teacher Paulie Zink (USA) and is a set of postures, which are held for two to five minutes. This increases the flexibility of the body tremendously and has many other benefits.

Nic has been practising Yin Yoga for more than 12 years. In 2020 he received the Yin Yoga teacher qualification from Ram Jain
(IND) of the Arhanta Yoga Ashrams.

The classes are not related to any religion or doctrine and are based on scientific evidence of relaxed and deep breathing, whilst letting go in a pose.

Yin Yoga is highly recommended as a restorative exercise.
