These simple yet profound routines are designed to support your inner journey, enhanced by the vibrational energy field we hold during each session to foster a deeper connection. Kriya Yoga centers on energising and aligning the chakras through the sacred vibration of OM.
Our 30-minute weekly sessions include:
Chanting OM 108 times: Sequentially focusing on the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, and third eye chakras, then returning back down. This rhythmic chanting creates powerful vibrations that cleanse, harmonise, and activate each energy center.
Short, peaceful meditation: Concluding the session, this practice helps integrate and deepen the experience, leaving you feeling aligned and restored.
